Bambang Purnomo has experiences more than 10 years in telecommunications & IT Industries. In the beginning of his career, Bambang started as staff in Total Customer Experience (TCE) & Quality in Headquarter of Hewlett-Packard Indonesia in Jakarta. He continued his career as Area Development Manager in Hewlett-Packard Indonesia in Lampung and Medan (North Sumatera) for almost 2 years responsible for managing distribution channel for Imaging Printing Group and Personal Solution Group (PSG) for plenty of products such kind Printer, Desktop, and Notebook for consumer and commercial markets. In Hewlett-Packard Indonesia, He has experiences in complaint handling, services, loyalty also managing distribution within channel and sales program.

Bambang graduated from Andalas University, Padang – West Sumatera, majoring in Finance Management, Economic Faculty in 2007. And he had finished his Post-graduate Program in Magister Management Sriwijaya University, Palembang - South Sumatera, majoring in Marketing in 2014.

In 2009, Bambang continued his career in Telkomsel as staff in market customer development for almost 3 years in Palembang. He responsible for data reporting, data analyst, sales and bundling program, loyalty and customer profiling & segmentation for Sumbagsel markets (including South Sumatera, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, and Pangkal Pinang).

In 2012, he was assigned as Head of Community and Segmented Customer (CSC) Telkomsel Branch Bengkulu for almost 1 and a half years who responsible for developing youth segment markets in terms of brand awareness (Brand Equity Index), and also increasing amount of customer and revenue. In 2013, he was assigned as Head of Sales & Outlet Operation who responsible for developing markets (customer & revenue) and managing channel distribution collaborated with Authorized Distribution Partner for Bengkulu Provinces markets (excluded Rejang Lebong & Lebong regencies).

In 2014 to presents, he was assigned for his career as Head of High Value Customer (HvC) Telkomsel Branch Bengkulu who responsible for developing retention & loyalty program, acquisition for merchant partnership, retaining High Usage Customers, and also profiling and segmenting customers in term of ARPU for prepaid and postpaid products.

His achievement in professional career:

· Best Community & Segmented Customer (CSC) for amount of member and revenue acquisition in 2013.
· The Best HVC Area 1 (Sumatera) – Racing KartuHALO (Postpaid) Retail in 2015.
· National Winner (Best Branch) for Loyalty Program - Friday Movie Mania (FMM) in 2014.
· Best HVC Program Loyalty Area 1 Sumatera in Q2 – 2016.
· Best Participant in CDMP Strategies – Winning the Market Training, in Bandung 2016.
· Best Participant in Writing Explanations for Non-technical Readers (WENTR) Training Batch 6, Pekanbaru in 2017.
· Winner 1st for Best Merchant Branch Bengkulu FY-2016 in Sumbagsel Region.

Beside as a professional in Telco Company, he have an enthusiast for being entrepreneur, right now he develop some kind of business in food and beverages, reflexology & massage, fashion and Auto Spa and others. He have vision for providing working field for people by developing business.

Bambang have highly motivation for business ideas discussion, writing for blog, reading and also traveling. He prioritize his life for family, have a good quality time with family is very important for work life balance.
