"I wish you ENOUGH"

Bandar Lampung,
Nov 1, 2008

At an airport I overheard a father and daughter in their last
moments together. They had announced her plane's departure and
standing near the door she said, "Daddy, our life together has been
more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough
too, Daddy."

They kissed good-bye and she left. He walked over toward the
window where I was seated.
Standing there I could see he wanted and needed to cry. I tried
not to intrude on his privacy, but he welcomed me in by asking, "Did
you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?"

"Yes, I have," I replied. Saying that brought back memories I had
of expressing my love and appreciation for all my Dad had done for
me.

Recognizing that his days were limited, I took the time to tell
him face to face how much he meant to me. So I knew what this man was
experiencing.

"Forgive me for asking, but why is this a forever good-bye?" I
asked.

"I am old and she lives much too far away. I have challenges
ahead and the reality is, her next trip back will be for my
funeral," he said.

"When you were saying good-bye I heard you say, 'I wish you
enough'. May I ask what that means?"

He began to smile. "That's a wish that has been handed down from
other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone."

He paused a moment and looking up as if trying to remember it in
detail, he smiled even more.

"When we said 'I wish you enough', we were wanting the other
person to have a life filled with enough good things to sustain
them".

He continued and then, turning toward me, he shared the following
as if he were reciting it from memory:

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.

I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear

much bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish you enough 'Hellos' to get you through the final 'Good-

bye'.

Then he smiled and walked away.

My friends and loved ones, I wish you ENOUGH!!!

They say, "It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to

appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire lifetime

to forget them." (Quoted)

Wow, the nice story, i loved this story because it describes the loveness, kindness,

friendly, how treat the people as they wants to make their college so convenient.

When you have friends, thats lot of time for you to maintaining your friendship,

compared to make an enemy, you just need a second for it.

So love the people guys, understand them, treat them as well, respect them, and take minutes

for hangout with them, when you still have free time for enjoying your life.

Tongue is the sharper sword

Bandar Lampung
October 21, 2008

Sometimes we don't recognize that in our word when we speak to other,
we use the word that we think as usual mean, but have bad impact on others.
Statements is the some of word thats have meaning.
And we use statements as the way for us to communicate to other people.

In daily conversation people much speak as their wants but don't think about others
people feeling,i often feel this one. Why we should hurts other, why we can't respect the people,
where our heart is?,

i always thought that, might be they might be in under controlled conditions,
but lets try this, imagine that when in this world, people always kind to others,
people love each other, people help others sincerely, people smiles to everyone,
how the peace of the world will be?,

I am realizing that i am not the perfect man, but i try to give my best to others.
i started by my self, try to give greetings to people sincerely, smile to anyone meet,
helps each other.

i have heard this aphorism that is "Tongue is the sharper sword"
you can't imagine that what its means, your mouth is dangerous than AK 47,
or nuclear bomb, so please try to be understanding each other around us,
people more respectively when treated as respect.

Treat people as you want to be treated as well prevailed here.

Menghargai Orang Lain

Menghargai Orang Lain
Rating Artikel :
Oleh : Andrie Wongso

Dikisahkan, di sebuah pesta perpisahan sederhana pengunduran diri seorang
direktur.

Sometimes the little things like this,
seems so unimportant to be done by us,

but believe it there is huge impact when we try to do it
and make it usual,.
But please do it from the deepest of your sincere heart,
because it will show from your impression to the others people.

Kahlil Gibran on Love

Kahlil Gibran on Love

When love beckons to you, follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to him,
Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams
as the north wind lays waste the garden.

For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you. Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning.
Even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun,
So shall he descend to your roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth.

Like sheaves of corn he gathers you unto himself.
He threshes you to make you naked.
He sifts you to free you from your husks.
He grinds you to whiteness.
He kneads you until you are pliant;
And then he assigns you to his sacred fire, that you may become sacred bread for God's sacred feast.

All these things shall love do unto you that you may know the secrets of your heart, and in that knowledge become a fragment of Life's heart.

But if in your fear you would seek only love's peace and love's pleasure,
Then it is better for you that you cover your nakedness and pass out of love's threshing-floor,
Into the seasonless world where you shall laugh, but not all of your laughter, and weep, but not all of your tears.
Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself.
Love possesses not nor would it be possessed;
For love is sufficient unto love.

When you love you should not say, "God is in my heart," but rather, "I am in the heart of God."
And think not you can direct the course of love, for love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course.

Love has no other desire but to fulfill itself.
But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.

Wow,..
it seems, so romantic story when we talk about love,.
yeah here i would like telling to us about how unconditional love can grab us to the peaceful of life.
here, unconditional love doesn't mean love between man and woman,
but how one person love to others in their society.

Smile
is one thing part of the way for unconditional love,.
when a person smile to other one, and they also smile to the others
how come the happened,.

the wonderful of unconditional love that we shared to the people,
so loving each other is such kind of peace of life,
no war, no strike.Every body help each other, love each other.

Live now

Bandar Lampung,
October 11, 2008

We lose the power of the moment because we're so rarely in it.
We're reliving the past or speculating about the future.
We continue to believe that tomorrow's the day when I'll be more capable, more wealthy, more fit and more loving.
Meanwhile, I'm just putting in time, dreaming of better things but not making any concrete move to realize them.

When you find yourself thinking of the future or the past, bring your awareness into the present moment.
Really experience how you feel and what’s happening around you, without judgment. If we can treasure each moment, our lives will be rich, no matter what we have accomplished.

so.. Take the concrete action like you have no tomorrows

Cheers
