Haze hazard nowadays, becoming a seriously threat for human life in Indonesia, especially in the Fire spots Area like in Riau, Jambi, Palembang, Palangkaraya, and some provinces in Indonesia. When I was a student in Jambi about almost 18 years ago. Haza hazard suddenly happend when the dry season came. Many people burned the forests, converting the forests to the plantation. And it seems, it happen badly at this time.

Several days ago, I read in Social Media that there was a baby who died because the haze hazards. And so many victims suffered of respiration, in Bahasa we called it as ISPA. Based on wikipedia, the definition of Haze is traditionally an atmospheric phenomenon where dust, smoke and other dry particles obscure the clarity of the sky. The World Meteorological Organization manual of codes includes a classification of horizontal obscuration into categories of fog, ice fog, steam fog, mist, haze, smoke, volcanic ash, dust, sand and snow.[1] Sources for haze particles include farming (ploughing in dry weather), traffic, industry, and wildfires.

So we understand well that, the haze hazard in Indonesia right now is mainly roots cause by burning the forest for the Business Objectives. So I am asking to The Regulator for prohibiting the Conversion of burned forests to the plantations. Because it happened anually, so the Goverment should have a restriction for opening the new plantation by burning the fire. And I totally agree that prohibiting the conversion of burned forests into plantations would be effective way to prevent forests fire in the future.

Hopefully, there are no more Haze Hazard happen next time, protect our forests, for protecting human being and forest's ecosystem in Indonesia. To whom that it may concern, be a kind entrepreneur who cares about others people life. Not just only think about your wealth.

There is a good article that I read this afternoon in Jakarta Post, please kindly access to the website:
